Beta — The platform is being built. The marketplace is a preview.
The curated marketplace for manufacturing, automation and industrial services. You describe what you need — a person comes back to you within 72 hours with a considered assessment.
40
categories, separated by actual manufacturing and service capability.
Admission criteria
The same assessment for everyone
Capacity, certificates in the original and counter-confirmed references — the same requirements, whatever the size or the name.
Sectors with their own evidence requirements

The same discipline, a different duty of proof — which is why the marketplace is navigable along both axes.

Not an industry directory but a taxonomy built on actual manufacturing and service capability. Every category has its own admission criteria and someone responsible for it.
Machining from single-part sampling through to series production. Partners in this category evidence their machine park, their tolerance classes and their gauge capability.
Storage technology, automated guided vehicles and material flow planning for plants with high variant diversity.
Training programmes and staffing partners for skilled industrial and technical roles, including recognition of foreign qualifications.
Sourcing partners with their own presence in the supply markets: on-site factory audit, sampling and incoming inspection in the country of origin, sanctions and due-diligence checks under the LkSG.
Mechatronic assemblies and special-purpose machinery where design, electronics and control software come from one source. Partners in this category deliver commissioning including risk assessment and the CE declaration of conformity under the Machinery Directive — rather than three trades that block each other at the interface.
Business IT for industrial companies: ERP rollout, network and cloud infrastructure, custom development and IT security. Deliberately delimited against “Industrial Software” — there the software ends at the machine, here at the workstation. Partners work with a data processing agreement, an EU data centre and a documented deletion policy.
Commercial law firms and compliance advisers for contract, employment, IT and corporate law. Inter Sozio Tech provides no legal service itself: we structure the need and make the introduction. The engagement arises solely between you and the firm, and we take no share of their fee.
Tax advice, financial and payroll accounting and annual accounts by appointed tax advisers. The same separation applies as in law: the firm advises on its own responsibility under the StBerG, we clarify the need and hand it over in full.
Financing and grant advice, investment appraisal and operational controlling for industrial companies — from the bank submission for a plant investment through to contribution-margin accounting per article and per order.
Industrial marketing for products that need explaining: technical writing, trade fair presence, B2B website and employer branding. Partners in this category work in line with data protection — reach measurement only after consent, applicant and prospect data inside the EU only.
Development providers, testing institutes and research bodies for materials and process development, prototyping and approval trials. Delimited against “Engineering & Design”: there a known principle is designed, here an unknown one is first made to work.
Most projects do not fail on the technology but on the handover between phases. That is why we take responsibility for the whole chain, from choosing a partner through to running operation.
All servicesNot a callback form into the void. Every step has a defined outcome and a committed deadline — and you can join at any point.
40 clearly separated categories, filterable by discipline and sector. Not a list of companies — which one fits is worked out from your requirement.
Advice, technical integration and ongoing operation — as individual modules or as one continuous programme.
A short structured questionnaire is enough. Your request is read by a person; you hear back within 72 hours — free and without obligation.
Example scenarios
Illustrative examples, not delivered projects — they show how a requirement is typically described and structured. Real, released customer projects will be added once there are some.
A machining capacity shortfall threatened series delivery to an OEM customer. Two existing suppliers could not hold the required tolerance class consistently.
Example scenario
Manual final assembly was the bottleneck on the line. In-house there was no experience of specifying and accepting a robot cell.
Example scenario
An MES project had stalled because the works council and the data protection officer would not release the capture of personal machine data.
Example scenario
Data protection was not bolted on afterwards — it decided which services we use at all. Anything that cannot be solved cleanly in law does not go on the site.
Every server stands in Germany. No data is transferred to a third country, not even by an embedded service. The site is built so that it also runs without any processing on the server.
Fonts are served by us. Opening the site makes no connection to Google Fonts or any comparable service. The site is built so that it also runs without a web font.
Without your explicit consent, no cookies are set beyond what is technically necessary to operate the site. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting.
A reviewed data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is a condition of being admitted — including technical and organisational measures and a deletion policy. Without one we do not include a provider in placements.
Access, correction and deletion are handled within the statutory deadline — through a named contact point rather than an anonymous form.
Where the platform is going
Today we capture your requirement in a structure and search for it personally. The planned next step is a comparison between a requirement and demonstrated partner capabilities, built on real requests and documented placements — it does not exist yet.
This works today: you set out the project, the problem or the plan in your own words. Assigning it to a discipline, category or sector is voluntary and does not replace your description. Every request is read and answered by a person — there is no automated selection and no scoring.
Every request is filed along the same taxonomy the marketplace is organised by: discipline, category, sector, timeframe. That is the unglamorous part and the decisive one — a requirement sitting as free text in a mailbox can never be analysed for anything later.
The admission criteria are set: demonstrated capacity, certificates in the original, counter-confirmed references, a settled data-processing agreement. We identify admitted companies once that evidence exists — not before. Until then we search for your request specifically and case by case.
The goal is a comparison that sets the actual requirement, the project context and a company’s demonstrated capabilities against each other — rather than an industry directory. It should be built on real requests and documented placements, not on a catalogue. Such a function needs its own legal basis, transparency and consent; today it does not exist.
The Inter Sozio Partner Portal is planned: admitted companies see matching project requests together with their requirements, submit offers and solution proposals directly, and take part in the project itself. Today that runs personally through us — no portal, no login.
No automated selection and no scoring takes place today. If such a comparison arrives later, it comes with its own legal basis, transparency and consent.
Advice, technical integration and ongoing operation — as individual modules or as one continuous programme.
