  1. Diagnosis

    A manufacturing problem is rarely only a manufacturing problem. The delayed series launch hangs on unresolved tooling ownership in the supply contract, the rejected grant on an investment appraisal nobody put together to a standard that survives scrutiny, and the stalling ERP rollout on an IT project treated as a purchase order. These questions arise on the shop floor and are decided outside the industrial disciplines.

  2. Division of work

    That is why this discipline exists. We take up the facts, structure the requirement and hand it to a law firm, a tax practice, an IT house, an agency or a development laboratory from the marketplace. In law and tax that separation is not merely a stance but the law: legal and tax advice may be given only by the professionals admitted to do so. From us comes the preparation, never the advice.

    The engagement or advisory relationship arises directly between you and the professional. We take no share of any fee and get no sight of the matter; we are paid, as everywhere on this platform, by the buying side. Companies in scope have to identify human-rights and environmental risks in their supply chain, take measures, and document all of it — not once, but continuously.

The obligation arises at the purchasing company but is passed on contractually: whoever supplies gets asked for evidence — as a manufacturer, as a service provider, as a staffing agency, as a freight forwarder. Which is why this is not a procurement topic but one that turns up at the award in every discipline and every sector.
