Work at the join between industry and platform
We are a small team with a technical background and no interest in sales folklore. Whoever works here understands manufacturing — or wants to.

Speculative application
No advertised role at the moment
We advertise a role only when it is genuinely to be filled. Until then a speculative application is the right route: you describe what you would like to work on, and we tell you openly whether and when that fits.
Hiring process
How we hire — with deadlines
We commit to dates with customers and keep them. The same applies to applications: every step has a deadline, and you hear from us even when it is a no.
- in person
An answer
You get a real answer to every application — including a rejection, and with a reason. How quickly, we tell you on receipt and then keep to.
- one meeting
Technical conversation
A conversation about the work, not about your weaknesses. With the person you would be working alongside afterwards.
- paid
Trial task
A paid task from real day-to-day work, about half a day. No unpaid concept paper.
- with reasons
Decision
Yes or no, with reasons in either case — and not only once nothing else has come up.
What we offer — without euphemisms
Four points that are in the contract, not in a job ad.
Hybrid, location by agreement
Where you work is something we settle with you — not through a policy. Specific terms are discussed in conversation, not on a web page.
Technical background counts
We are a small team with a technical background. Anyone who understands manufacturing — or seriously wants to — belongs here.
Speculative applications get read
Even without an advertised role. We answer every application, and with reasons.
Terms in conversation
Pay and working-time models are negotiated individually. We do not hold out figures here that we could not hold to for every role.
Nothing that fits?
Write and tell us what you would like to work on. We answer every speculative application — even when there is nothing right now.
