Operation & further development

The real work starts after commissioning. We manage service contracts, measure availability and develop the solution with you.

After acceptance the attention disappears and the cost remains. Availability, spare parts commitment and maintenance effort decide the economics of a plant far more than its purchase price.

We agree service levels that match the shift model, measure availability against what was promised, and make operating cost visible per plant instead of spreading it across overheads.

Once a year we reassess the site — with prioritised actions and a budget frame rather than general recommendations.

Outcomes

What you actually receive

Every point is a deliverable, not a promise. It is scheduled at project start and signed off at completion.

  • Service contract with response times matched to the shift model
  • Spare parts strategy by criticality rather than by consumption frequency
  • Availability and cost reporting per plant
  • Annual site assessment with prioritised actions
  • Roadmap for retrofit, expansion and replacement investment
  • Life-cycle cost calculation over ten years

Approach

How Operation & further development runs

A fixed approach does not mean every project runs the same way — it means you know at any point what happens next and who is accountable for it.

  1. 01

    Set the service level

Response times and spare parts availability matched to the shift model — a 24-hour SLA is no use if the critical part has an eight-week lead time.

  2. 02

    Measure operation

Availability and maintenance cost are recorded continuously per plant and set against the values promised in the service contract.

  3. 03

    Review annually

A site assessment with concrete actions rather than general recommendations — each action with its effort, its effect and an owner.

  4. 04

    Develop further

Retrofit and expansion options are prioritised and budgeted, so that the replacement investment happens by plan rather than after the failure.
