Pre-qualified requests
That is the design: every request should have a named contact, a described project and a settled timeframe, so that you never quote against a placeholder. There is no running placement yet — we are building it.
For providers
No listing fee, no paid placement, no spraying of requests. We are paid on the buyer side — which is why we only want to pass you work that matches your demonstrated capabilities, your region and your free capacity.
A portal earns on the volume of requests; we earn on an award that holds. That changes what reaches you.
That is the design: every request should have a named contact, a described project and a settled timeframe, so that you never quote against a placeholder. There is no running placement yet — we are building it.
We put a manageable number of offers side by side, not twelve — how many depends on the project, not on a quota. They are compared on a matrix that weighs evidence and delivery reliability alongside price.
Your position in a result depends on your evidence and your fit — not on a package. There is no paid placement, at any stage.
Prices, utilisation and capacity are never public. They are passed on only per request and only after you have agreed.
Admission criteria
The assessment is the same for everyone, whatever the size or the name. For many projects a specialist with 20 employees is the better partner than a large-group supplier.
Your profile
VisibilityMachine park or headcount, utilisation and order book — documented and updated annually. We do not place work a company cannot carry.
Relevant standards are checked in the original, with expiry date and scope. The scope is where evidence most often turns out not to fit.
Two reference customers confirm delivery reliability and how complaints were handled, in conversation. A reference list without counter-confirmation does not count.
A reviewed agreement under Art. 28 GDPR including technical and organisational measures is a condition of admission. Processing outside the EEA is an exclusion criterion.
Process
No sales pitch at the start. How long the steps take depends on how far the build-up has got — we name a deadline only once we can hold it. If no demand is foreseeable in your segment, we say so in the technical conversation and not after the assessment.
You give your discipline, region, capacity and the evidence you hold. Ten minutes, free of charge, no contractual commitment.
A conversation with the person responsible for your discipline. We tell you openly where the build-up stands and whether demand is foreseeable in your segment.
Certificate check, reference calls and — depending on the discipline — a site visit.
Data-processing agreement, your release of the profile, admission into placement. From then on we consider you for matching requests.
Disciplines
Admission is per discipline. Companies covering several are assessed several times — each discipline has its own evidence.

The Inter Sozio Partner Portal is planned and not yet built: there is no login, no waiting list and no project list. What stands here is the intention — today placement runs personally through us.
That already works today — through the request. What does not exist yet is the onward handling in a portal: we take your details up personally and assign them.
Planned: companies whose discipline, region and evidence match the project see the request in the portal. Today we select the partners ourselves and approach them directly.
Planned: the offer, the date and the proposed approach arrive directly in the portal and are brought onto one common evaluation matrix. Today that happens by email and conversation.
Where the platform is going
Today we capture your requirement in a structure and search for it personally. The planned next step is a comparison between a requirement and demonstrated partner capabilities, built on real requests and documented placements — it does not exist yet.
This works today: you set out the project, the problem or the plan in your own words. Assigning it to a discipline, category or sector is voluntary and does not replace your description. Every request is read and answered by a person — there is no automated selection and no scoring.
Every request is filed along the same taxonomy the marketplace is organised by: discipline, category, sector, timeframe. That is the unglamorous part and the decisive one — a requirement sitting as free text in a mailbox can never be analysed for anything later.
The admission criteria are set: demonstrated capacity, certificates in the original, counter-confirmed references, a settled data-processing agreement. We identify admitted companies once that evidence exists — not before. Until then we search for your request specifically and case by case.
The goal is a comparison that sets the actual requirement, the project context and a company’s demonstrated capabilities against each other — rather than an industry directory. It should be built on real requests and documented placements, not on a catalogue. Such a function needs its own legal basis, transparency and consent; today it does not exist.
The Inter Sozio Partner Portal is planned: admitted companies see matching project requests together with their requirements, submit offers and solution proposals directly, and take part in the project itself. Today that runs personally through us — no portal, no login.
No automated selection and no scoring takes place today. If such a comparison arrives later, it comes with its own legal basis, transparency and consent.
