Axis 1
Discipline
Production, Logistics, Procurement, People & Staffing, Business Services. The discipline determines which capability is being looked for.
40
categories spread across 5 disciplines — each with its own admission criteria.
40 categories, organised by actual manufacturing and service capability — not a company directory. Admission requires capacity, certificates in the original and counter-confirmed references; no company has been admitted yet. Describe your project and we search specifically for it.
Two axes
A machining shop working for automotive and one working for aerospace command the same technology under completely different evidence regimes. That is why the marketplace has two axes — and the search combines them.
Axis 1
Production, Logistics, Procurement, People & Staffing, Business Services. The discipline determines which capability is being looked for.
40
categories spread across 5 disciplines — each with its own admission criteria.
Axis 2
Automotive, Aerospace, Chemicals, Packaging, Marine & Shipbuilding, Construction, Social Services. The sector determines which evidence is demanded.
Both combined
Discipline, sector and free text chain together and narrow down the matching categories — not a company list. Every filter combination is a shareable address: no stored search history, no observation in the browser.

Categories
Every category is looked after by someone with a background in it. The facets underneath show which sub-disciplines are covered.
14 categories
Machining from single-part sampling through to series production. Partners in this category evidence their machine park, their tolerance classes and their gauge capability.
Planning and building automated production cells — from the feasibility study through robot simulation to commissioning on the line.
Control cabinet build, control engineering and electrical installation — including documentation, routine testing and acceptance records.
Mechanical fabrication and assembly of complete plant, including certified welding operations and site coordination.
Preventive maintenance, spare parts supply and fault clearance in shift operation — with defined response times and service contracts.
Software partners for production control, machine data capture and integration at the line — with workable answers on data sovereignty and data protection. The company's software beyond the machine — ERP, network, workstation — sits in “IT & Software Solutions”.
Energy concepts for production sites: load management, on-site generation, heat recovery and medium-voltage connection.
Metrology-room services, first-article sampling and gauge management to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
External design offices for machinery and fixtures, FEA calculation and technical documentation. What is designed here is a known principle; where the principle itself is still open, the work begins in “Research & Development”.
Mechatronic assemblies and special-purpose machinery where design, electronics and control software come from one source. Partners in this category deliver commissioning including risk assessment and the CE declaration of conformity under the Machinery Directive — rather than three trades that block each other at the interface.
Providers who make machine learning usable on production data — scrap prediction, remaining-life estimation and automated visual inspection, including data integration, validation against the historical record and operation of the model. Delimited against “Industrial Software”: there a system is introduced, here a model is trained and owned.
Technical and infrastructural building management for production sites: operating the building services, maintaining the property, cleaning, security and grounds. Delimited against “Maintenance & Service”: that is about the production plant, this about the building it stands in.
Audits of your own plant rather than your supplier's: process and production audits, occupational safety and energy audits, an assessment of audit readiness ahead of a customer audit. Delimited against “Supplier Management & Audits”: there the supplier is assessed, here your own site.
Structural design, site management and architectural services for industrial and commercial buildings — from the feasibility study through permit planning to construction supervision. Delimited against “Engineering & Design”: there a component is designed, here a building is planned.
4 categories
Storage technology, automated guided vehicles and material flow planning for plants with high variant diversity.
Forwarding and distribution partners for plant traffic, project cargo and international procurement — including customs handling, preference evidence and load securing to VDI 2700.
Customs providers and foreign-trade advisers for tariff classification, preference calculation and export control. Partners in this category work with their own ATLAS connection and present their authorisations in the original.
Stockholding, consignment and returns handling for spare parts — from criticality analysis through to emergency supply outside normal working hours.
4 categories
Material suppliers with complete test certificates to EN 10204 3.1/3.2 and batch traceability down to the point of installation — coil, sheet, section, forging and casting.
Processors for injection moulding, extrusion, transport packaging and technical textiles — with process capability evidence, recyclate content and material conformity for food contact where required.
Sourcing partners with their own presence in the supply markets: on-site factory audit, sampling and incoming inspection in the country of origin, sanctions and due-diligence checks under the LkSG.
Auditors and qualification providers for supplier assessment, first-article inspection and due-diligence duties under the LkSG — with the audit report in the original rather than the supplier's own declaration.
4 categories
Training programmes and staffing partners for skilled industrial and technical roles, including recognition of foreign qualifications.
Risk assessments, CE conformity and environmental management — supported by qualified occupational safety specialists.
Staffing providers licensed for temporary agency work, plus contract-for-work and service-contract partners. The line between agency supply and contract for work is documented before the contract is signed — not once it is being examined.
Payroll, time management and applicant handling as an outsourced process — with a data processing agreement, processing inside the EU only, and documented deletion periods under § 26 BDSG.
14 categories
Business IT for industrial companies: ERP rollout, network and cloud infrastructure, custom development and IT security. Deliberately delimited against “Industrial Software” — there the software ends at the machine, here at the workstation. Partners work with a data processing agreement, an EU data centre and a documented deletion policy.
Commercial law firms and compliance advisers for contract, employment, IT and corporate law. Inter Sozio Tech provides no legal service itself: we structure the need and make the introduction. The engagement arises solely between you and the firm, and we take no share of their fee.
Tax advice, financial and payroll accounting and annual accounts by appointed tax advisers. The same separation applies as in law: the firm advises on its own responsibility under the StBerG, we clarify the need and hand it over in full.
Financing and grant advice, investment appraisal and operational controlling for industrial companies — from the bank submission for a plant investment through to contribution-margin accounting per article and per order.
Industrial marketing for products that need explaining: technical writing, trade fair presence, B2B website and employer branding. Partners in this category work in line with data protection — reach measurement only after consent, applicant and prospect data inside the EU only.
Development providers, testing institutes and research bodies for materials and process development, prototyping and approval trials. Delimited against “Engineering & Design”: there a known principle is designed, here an unknown one is first made to work.
Organisation, administration and management of social-sector providers and facilities — organisational structure and processes, billing with funding bodies, quality management and documentation duties.
Outpatient and residential child and youth services as well as family support — provided by organisations acting on their own professional responsibility.
Participation services for people with disabilities — assistance, housing arrangements, daily structure and work provision, delivered by recognised service providers.
Health promotion services as well as counselling, treatment and aftercare in the addiction field — outpatient and residential, through organisations carrying professional responsibility.
Migration counselling, integration services and support through recognition procedures. It touches the people axis wherever the employment of international skilled workers is at stake.
Medical and occupational health assessments for funding bodies, courts and employers — produced by doctors acting as experts on their own responsibility.
Childcare and employer-supported care arrangements — from running the facility through to reserved places for a company's employees.
Care services for older people and people in need of care — home care services, day care and residential facilities, provided by approved care institutions.
Admission criteria
An entry in the marketplace is not for sale. There is no listing fee and no paid placement, and the assessment is the same for everyone — whatever the size or the name. No company has been admitted so far.
Admission record
Per providerMachine park, headcount and utilisation are to be documented and updated annually thereafter. We do not want to place a company that cannot carry the order.
Which standards and certificates are demanded is decided by the project — the ones demanded are checked in the original, not asked about.
At least two reference customers have to counter-confirm delivery reliability and quality. A reference list without counter-confirmation does not count.
A reviewed data-processing agreement including technical and organisational measures is a condition of admission — not something submitted later.
Across disciplines
The admission criteria above apply to every company. Alongside them there are duties that arise from the supply relationship itself — whatever discipline or sector a project sits in.
German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
Across disciplinesCompanies in scope have to identify human-rights and environmental risks in their supply chain, take measures, and document all of it — not once, but continuously.
The obligation arises at the purchasing company but is passed on contractually: whoever supplies gets asked for evidence — as a manufacturer, as a service provider, as a staffing agency, as a freight forwarder. Which is why this is not a procurement topic but one that turns up at the award in every discipline and every sector.
Whether and to what extent the Act applies directly to you depends on your company and is a legal question — we do not advise on it. And we assert for no company that it meets the requirements: which evidence your project needs is something we work out with you, and it is checked case by case.
Where the platform is going
Today we capture your requirement in a structure and search for it personally. The planned next step is a comparison between a requirement and demonstrated partner capabilities, built on real requests and documented placements — it does not exist yet.
This works today: you set out the project, the problem or the plan in your own words. Assigning it to a discipline, category or sector is voluntary and does not replace your description. Every request is read and answered by a person — there is no automated selection and no scoring.
Every request is filed along the same taxonomy the marketplace is organised by: discipline, category, sector, timeframe. That is the unglamorous part and the decisive one — a requirement sitting as free text in a mailbox can never be analysed for anything later.
The admission criteria are set: demonstrated capacity, certificates in the original, counter-confirmed references, a settled data-processing agreement. We identify admitted companies once that evidence exists — not before. Until then we search for your request specifically and case by case.
The goal is a comparison that sets the actual requirement, the project context and a company’s demonstrated capabilities against each other — rather than an industry directory. It should be built on real requests and documented placements, not on a catalogue. Such a function needs its own legal basis, transparency and consent; today it does not exist.
The Inter Sozio Partner Portal is planned: admitted companies see matching project requests together with their requirements, submit offers and solution proposals directly, and take part in the project itself. Today that runs personally through us — no portal, no login.
No automated selection and no scoring takes place today. If such a comparison arrives later, it comes with its own legal basis, transparency and consent.
Advice, technical integration and ongoing operation — as individual modules or as one continuous programme.
